Payments

What is Shop Pay?

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets you securely save your email, payment method, and shipping/billing info for faster, one-tap future purchases, with optional Buy Now, Pay Later installments for eligible purchases. Once you opt in, you can use your saved info to make purchases from the JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP website and, after downloading the Shop app, to make purchases on the Shop app shop.app/m/wisdomistimeless — eliminating the need to re-enter your details with each purchase.  

After setting up your Shop Pay account, you can manage your credit card and billing info from your Wallet in the Shop app. At checkout, you verify your identity via the Shop app or a 6-digit code sent by text or email. Returning customers may be automatically recognized and skip verification.

What is Shop Pay Installments (Buy Now, Pay Later), and how does it work?

Shop Pay Installments lets eligible customers split a purchase into smaller payments over time. Shop Pay Installments is available for orders between $35 USD and $30,000 USD. When you select Shop Pay Installments at checkout, you may be prompted to complete a brief eligibility check through Affirm. If approved, your purchase is split into one of the following options based on your order amount:

  • 2 interest-free biweekly payments at 0% APR — for orders from $35 to $50
  • 4 interest-free biweekly payments at 0% APR — for orders from $50 to $999.99
  • Monthly installments with APR from 0%–36%* — for orders from $150 to $30,000

For example, an $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.

Shop Pay Installments is offered in partnership with Affirm. Affirm is the servicer of your loan, and you can manage payments in your Shop Pay account or with Affirm directly. Learn more about Affirm's Terms of Service or Shop's Terms of Service.

Does applying for installments impact my credit score?

Checking your eligibility does not impact your credit score. Once payment plan terms are accepted, your payments may be reported to a credit bureau. The following factors may also impact your credit score or rating:

  • Making a purchase
  • Your payment history with Affirm
  • How much credit you've used, and how long you've had credit

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Shop Pay Installments order?

Yes, the order value limit for Shop Pay Installments is $30,000 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes. Orders over $20,000 may require a $10,000 down payment.

Which payment methods are accepted for Shop Pay Installments?

Shop Pay Installments is available with supported debit and credit cards, with the following exceptions:

  • Capital One and Chase credit cards are not accepted
  • Prepaid credit and debit cards are not accepted
  • Shop Pay Installments is not compatible with digital wallets such as Apple Pay

You can manage payments via the Shop app, affirm.com, or the Affirm app.

Can I buy gift cards with Shop Pay Installments?

No, gift cards cannot be purchased using Shop Pay Installments. If you'd like to purchase gift cards alongside eligible products, you'll need to place two separate orders.

What if I miss an installment payment, are there any additional fees?

Shop Pay Installments does not charge late fees if you miss a payment. However, partial or late payments may impact your credit score and your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. For purchases split into biweekly payments, no additional charges or interest apply. Monthly installment purchases may be subject to interest, which is not included in the order total displayed in the Shop app. You may pay your balance off early without penalty. Can I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?

No. JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP does not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at sales@wisdomistimeless.com. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional details.

Can I request a refund on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?

A replacement or refund is only offered to customers who received the wrong item, mislabeled item, misprinted item, damaged item, or defective item. If any of these apply, please contact us at sales@wisdomistimeless.com within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description of the issue, clear photos of the entire product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We will review your case and respond promptly. If approved, you will be notified of a replacement or issued a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details.

How Refunds Work with Shop Pay Installments:

  • Refund timing: If a refund is processed, it will appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days, and your installments balance and payments will automatically be updated.
  • Refund application: The refund is first applied to any outstanding installment balance of the order. Any remaining refund amount is then returned to your original payment method.
  • Refund notification: You will receive an email from Affirm explaining how the refund was allocated between your remaining balance and your payment method.

If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

If your order is made with monthly payments, then the paid interest isn't refunded. Interest is the cost of borrowing and isn't refundable.

What is the Shop App?

Shop is a free shopping and delivery tracking app. You can use it to track orders, discover products, make purchases, earn rewards, and manage payments.

Availability

The Shop app is free and available on:

  • iOS (version 11.0 or later) for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
  • Android (version 5.0 or later) for smartphones and supported tablets
  • Also accessible on the web at shop.app

Minimum version requirements may be updated periodically. Please check the App Store or Google Play for the latest requirements.

Order Tracking

You can use the Shop app to track any order with a valid tracking number, with real-time status updates, delivery notifications, and live map tracking where available. After creating a Shop account, all orders from JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP are automatically synced. Customers using Gmail or Outlook can also have tracking numbers automatically pulled from their inbox; all other email users can add tracking numbers manually.

Shopping & Checkout

Discover and purchase products directly in the Shop app using Shop Pay accelerated checkout. You can also bypass the cart and purchase a single item instantly using the "Buy now" option. Visit our store on the Shop app to follow us and save your favorite products and collections.

Shop Cash

Customers can earn and redeem Shop Cash on eligible purchases made through the Shop app.

Shop Pay Installments

If you are using Shop Pay Installments, you can manage your installment payments directly within the Shop app.

Customer Support

Customers with questions about the Shop app can visit the Shop Help Center, where they can find help with contacting stores, tracking orders, and managing Shop Pay.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days, after which they are shipped. Estimated shipping time is 3–4 business days depending on your location. During high-volume periods, these estimates may be extended.

Where will my order ship from?

We partner with a trusted on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Depending on your location, your order will be printed and shipped from the facility best positioned to fulfill it efficiently.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please take the following steps:

  • Review your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address
  • Check with your local post office to see if they are holding your package
  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not located, please contact us at sales@wisdomistimeless.com with your order number.

If you identified an error in your delivery address, we can arrange a replacement order; however, customers will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order to the new address.

How are your products made?

Our products are made to order through a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. For questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at sales@wisdomistimeless.com.

I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or incorrect. Please email us at sales@wisdomistimeless.com ideally within seven (7) days of delivery, but no later than thirty (30) days after the delivery date. When you contact us, please include your name, order number, shipping address, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the entire product. We will review your case and respond promptly. If approved, you will be notified of a replacement or issued a refund to your original payment method. Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP does not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at sales@wisdomistimeless.com.

All of our custom products are printed on demand for each customer's specific order at the time it is placed. Each product is displayed with a detailed description, images, sizing information, and a size chart.

Please carefully review and confirm that you have selected the correct product, quantity, size, color, and style before completing your order. Since merchandise cannot be restocked, an entirely new product would need to be produced, and the customer will be responsible for any additional costs. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

No. JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP does not offer returns or exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit best, please refer to our sizing charts — available for every applicable item in the product description section of our store. Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, please email us at sales@wisdomistimeless.com ideally within seven (7) days of delivery, but no later than thirty (30) days after the delivery date. When you contact us, please include your name, order number, shipping address, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the entire mislabeled item. We will review your case and respond promptly. If approved, you will be notified of a replacement or issued a refund to your original payment method. This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
