What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay and how does it work?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% APR, or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees*.

*Rates from 0% APR 10-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers affirm.com/licenses.

Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay Installments on Shop Pay?
The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards. 

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Shop Pay Installments order?
Yes, 17,500 USD is the order value limit that applies to purchases using Shop Pay Installments, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.

Can I buy gift cards with Shop Pay Installments?
You can't purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments. If you want to purchase gift cards along with Shop Pay Installments eligible products, then you need to place two separate orders.

Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What if I miss an installment payment?
There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. If you have questions about a missed installment payment, then you can contact Affirm support for assistance.

What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay?
After your refund is processed, the refund amount will appear on your payment schedule within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

If your order is made with monthly payments, then the paid interest isn't refunded. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.

Orders

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out, from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment, based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, contact Customer Service at sales@wisdomistimeless.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please review and follow the steps below. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Damaged, Mislabeled, or Incorrect Orders
Customers, please inspect your orders upon reception and contact JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right. Although we do not offer returns or exchanges, if you notice an issue on the product or anything else with the order (wrong item, mislabeled, misprinted, damaged, or defective item), contact our Customer Service at sales@wisdomistimeless.com to discuss your concerns.

Any claim for receiving the wrong item, mislabeled item, misprinted item, damaged item, or defective item must be submitted within one (1) week after the product has been received (within seven [7] consecutive days after delivery date). When you contact us, we may collect certain information from you including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and/or other forms of payment methods), email address, phone number, order number, and any additional information as needed. Furthermore, customers will be required to provide a detailed description of the problem and quality photos of the item, where we can see the issue.

Replacement of item or refund is only offered to customers who received the wrong item, mislabeled item, misprinted item, damaged item, or defective item. If approved, you will be notified of replacement or refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Delivery

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 2-5 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as 5-8 business days. During busy and popular times of the year, these estimated times could be extended.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

My order should be here by now, but I still do not have it. What should I do?
Customers will get an order tracking page once their order is shipped out. Customers can also sign up for email tracking notifications to receive updates about their shipment. If it is past the estimated delivery date and you still have not received your order, first, customers should confirm that the shipping address is correct. Next, customers should contact the shipping carrier or local post office to try locating the order and to double-check whether the package was delivered. In addition, customers should contact neighbors in case the courier left your packages with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package was not left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, customers may contact our Customer Service at sales@wisdomistimeless.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

What is your return policy?

All of JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP's custom products are printed on demand for each customer's specific order at the time the order is placed. JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP does not offer returns or exchanges since merchandise cannot be restocked and an entirely new product would have to be produced.

Each product is displayed with a detailed description of product, pictures of product, and size/size chart of product. This information can be utilized in order to decrease or eliminate buyer's remorse. Customers, please double-check and confirm that you have ordered the correct product, quantity, size, color, and style at checkout before completing your order.

Although JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP does not offer returns or exchanges, if you have an issue or concern with your order, we welcome your feedback. You may contact our Service Customer at sales@wisdomistimeless.com to discuss your concerns.
