Customer Returns and Exchanges
All of JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP's custom products are printed on demand for each customer's specific order at the time the order is placed. JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP does not offer returns or exchanges since merchandise cannot be restocked and an entirely new product would have to be produced. 

Each product is displayed with a detailed description of product, pictures of product, and size/size chart of product. This information can be utilized in order to decrease or eliminate buyer's remorse. Customers, please double-check and confirm that you have ordered the correct product, quantity, size, color, and style at checkout before completing your order.

Although JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP does not offer returns or exchanges, if you have an issue or concern with your order, we welcome your feedback. You may contact our Customer Service at sales@wisdomistimeless.com to discuss your concerns.

Damaged, Mislabeled, or Incorrect Orders
Customers, please inspect your orders upon reception and contact JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right. Although we do not offer returns or exchanges, if you notice an issue on the product or anything else with the order (wrong item, mislabeled, misprinted, damaged, or defective item), contact our Customer Service at sales@wisdomistimeless.com to discuss your concerns.

Any claim for receiving the wrong item, mislabeled item, misprinted item, damaged item, or defective item must be submitted within one (1) week after the product has been received (within seven [7] consecutive days after delivery date). When you contact us, we may collect certain information from you including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and/or other forms of payment methods), email address, phone number, order number, and any additional information as needed. Furthermore, customers will be required to provide a detailed description of the problem and quality photos of the item, where we can see the issue.

Replacement of item or refund is only offered to customers who received the wrong item, mislabeled item, misprinted item, damaged item, or defective item.

Carrier Returns
Customers, please double-check and confirm that you have entered the appropriate shipping address at checkout before completing your order. This helps decrease or eliminate the possibility of your order not reaching its intended recipient because the address is incorrect or incomplete. To make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code, use this USPS ZIP code lookup. JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP is unable to switch shipping addresses once an order is placed.

If your shipment is unclaimed or returned back to us due to an incorrect shipping address, or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, customers will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order to the new address.

Order Lost in Transit
Customers will get an order tracking page once their order is shipped out. Customers can also sign up for email tracking notifications to receive updates about their shipment. If it is past the estimated delivery date and you still have not received your order, you may contact our Customer Service at sales@wisdomistimeless.com with your concerns. When you contact us, we may collect certain information from you including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and/or other forms of payment methods), email address, phone number, order number, and any additional information as needed.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within one (1) week after the estimated delivery date (within seven [7] consecutive days after delivery date). First, customers should confirm that the shipping address is correct. Next, customers should contact the shipping carrier or local post office to try locating the order and to double-check whether the package was delivered. In addition, customers should contact neighbors in case the courier left your packages with them.

If your lost shipment is returned back to us due to an incorrect shipping address, or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, customers will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship the order to the new address. 

Only claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense with replacement of item or reshipment of order. JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP does not offer refunds or reshipment for carrier error or customer error.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
